Glossary

Every term, label, and badge you'll meet in the Nun Report, in one place. For a gentler introduction, start with Crypto Basics → Key Terms.

Pipeline & stages

  • Watching: Stage 1. A project mentioned on X with no token contract yet. "X-only, no CA."
  • Audited: Stage 2. A token contract exists and has been analysed. "contract + deployer."
  • Live: Stage 3. The token has liquidity and is trading. "has liquidity."
  • Pending / qualified / rug / invalid: internal status values behind the stages (roughly: monitoring / confirmed-and-tracking / rugged / not-a-real-token).

Money & market

  • Market Cap (Mcap): total value of a token (price × supply).
  • FDV: Fully Diluted Valuation; market cap if all possible tokens existed.
  • Liquidity (Liq): the pool of money available to trade against. Low = dangerous.
  • Volume (24h): value traded in the last day (can be faked; see wash trading).
  • ATH Mcap: the all-time-high market cap a token (or a deployer's best token) reached.

People & wallets

  • Wallet / address: an account on a blockchain; public and traceable.
  • Deployer: the wallet that launched a token's contract.
  • Founder / team: the public people running a project.
  • Holder: any wallet that owns the token.
  • Fresh wallet: a wallet created around launch with no prior history.
  • Insider bundle / cabal: a coordinated group of insider wallets holding the supply.
  • Serial deployer: a wallet that has launched many tokens (churn/scam pattern).
  • Resolved name: a human-readable name for a wallet (ENS / SNS / Basename).

Grades & scores

  • Safety Grade (A–F, NEW): one-glance risk grade for a token or deployer.
  • Stalker Score / Confluence: the combined "should I care?" score. Tiers: notable · strong · 💡 interesting · ⚠ risk.
  • Credibility (A–F, UNKNOWN): the read on the people behind the token.
  • Social Attention (notable / strong / elite): how credible the accounts paying attention are.
  • In-house social standing: a graph-based read of how well-connected the project's account is within a network of credible accounts.

Risk & red flags

  • Market rug: liquidity pulled / token dead.
  • Rug warning: early signs of a rug in progress.
  • Price dump: a large, sudden sell-off.
  • Volume death: trading suddenly stopped.
  • Wash trading: fake volume from bots trading with themselves.
  • Contract anomaly: a non-standard, risky power in the contract.
  • Negative reputation: the team has a poor public track record.
  • Mint authority: the team can create new tokens (dilution).
  • Freeze / blacklist authority: the team can lock wallets (honeypot).
  • Transfer fee: a % skimmed from every trade.

Holders & funding

  • Coordinated (Yes 🚩 / No): whether the fresh wallets share funders/timing.
  • Severity (none → flagged): the insider bundle's risk level.
  • Funding age: when bundle wallets were created relative to launch: team-prep (≤1h before), staged (1–24h), early (>24h), normie (after launch / retail).
  • Supply held: the % of supply the bundle controls.
  • Rent-seeded: wallets funded with the exact minimum "rent", a scripted-bundle fingerprint.
  • Known venues: bundle wallets funded by exchange withdrawals.
  • Private funders: bundle wallets funded by other private wallets.
  • Shared funder: one private wallet that funded 2+ fresh wallets (cabal tell).
  • Extractor: a wallet currently selling ("selling X SOL").
  • Dumped: a wallet that has already sold out.
  • Laundering / funding cycles: multi-hop transfers used to hide the money trail.

Volume authenticity

  • organic: real trading.
  • mixed: part real, part bot/wash.
  • wash-heavy / botted / fake volume: mostly or entirely fake.
  • distributing: insiders steadily selling.
  • dumping: a coordinated sell-off in progress.
  • round-tripper: a wallet rapidly buying then selling to fake volume.
  • buy-led / sell-led / balanced: net trading pressure right now.

Contract audit

  • Lever: a non-standard power the owner can pull.
  • Severity (critical / high / medium / info): how dangerous a lever is.
  • Template / fingerprint: whether the contract matches a known code shape (existing = seen before, new = unique).
  • Migration (⚡ snipe / 💤 late): how fast a Solana token graduated from its launchpad.

Launchpads & places

  • Launchpad: a site that makes launching a token easy (pump.fun, Moonshot, LetsBonk, Bags, Raydium LaunchLab, Printr, …).
  • Graduation: when a token leaves a launchpad's bonding curve and starts trading on a real exchange.
  • DexScreener: a live price-chart site the app links to.
  • Block explorer (Solscan / Etherscan / Basescan / BscScan / Arbiscan): the public onchain record the app links to.
